I am an assistant professor at the John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University. I teach a number of undergraduate and MBA classes, including Marketing Research, Marketing Management, e-Marketing and others.
I joined the faculty at Sacred Heart in 2010, after earning my doctorate in marketing from the University of North Texas. Prior to entering academia, I was a marketing practitioner for more than 10 years. I have held positions in marketing management, product management and marketing communications in such diverse industries such as apparel trade-shows, Internet technology, database consulting and more. In my most recent position, I was responsible for email newsletters — reaching more than 8 million subscribers — at American Airlines.
My scholarly research has been published in leading journals including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Electronic Commerce and others. In addition, I have presented at numerous national and international academic conferences.
